Policies

  • 2 nights stays possible within 2 weeks of reservation.
  • Discounts available for extended stays of 10 or more days.
  • The Casa de Hasa is a Non-Smoking Home.
  • Pets are not permitted.
  • Caretaker available during all occupancies.

    Deposits and Cancellations

  • Check-In: 4:00 p.m.   Check-Out: 10:00 a.m.
  • A 50% deposit of the total rental is requested within 10 days of booking
  • Remaining 50% of the rental plus a $250.00 damage deposit, is due prior to arrival
  • The $250.00 damage deposit will be refunded, within 30 days after check-out, in full, pending zero damage
  • Cancellations will be refunded up to 30 days prior to arrival less a 15% cancellation fee
  • If for any reason a cancellation should occur within 30 days prior to arrival, the entire deposit will be forfeited
